患者男、11岁,因发烧半月入院。患儿系第三胎第三产,足月顺产、母乳喂养,发育差。自3岁经常患呼吸道感染性疾病。一年前因急性肾小球肾炎并心衰入本院。当时EKG检查除T波部分改变,余无异常。超声心动图示均在正常范围。X线胸片:心脏肥大。其三个兄弟,心脏亦均肥大。经住院治疗27天,肾炎痊愈出院。本次入院追询家族史,其父母非近亲婚姻,亲代无心脏病史。
