目的探讨电子束CT对子宫内膜癌的诊断作用。方法经病理证实的子宫内膜癌患者27例,其中腺癌21例,腺鳞癌4例,浆液乳头状癌及透明细胞癌各1例。临床分期Ⅰ期13例,Ⅱ期7例,Ⅲ期4例,Ⅳ期3例。所有患者均行电子束CT平扫及增强。结果CT表现子宫腔扩大、内膜增厚25例;子宫肌壁厚薄不均21例,其中7例可见腔内乳头状结节或团块;子宫体增大18例;子宫颈增大变形、密度不均7例;子宫轮廓不规则,宫旁间隙及盆腔侧壁斑片、结节或团块影5例;肝脏、腹腔远处转移3例。27例子宫内膜癌患者CT分期与临床分期一致25例,2例CT判断错误。结论电子束CT在子宫内膜癌的诊断及分期中具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of electron beam computed tomography (CT) for endometrial cancer. Methods Pathologically confirmed 27 cases of endometrial cancer patients, including 21 cases of adenocarcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma in 4 cases, serous papillary carcinoma and 1 case of clear cell carcinoma. There were 13 cases in stage Ⅰ, 7 in stage Ⅱ, 4 in stage Ⅲ and 3 in stage Ⅳ. All patients underwent CT scan and enhancement. Results CT showed that the uterine cavity was enlarged and the thickness of the intima was increased in 25 cases. The thickness of the uterine muscle wall was uneven in 21 cases, of which 7 cases showed endoscopic papillary nodules or lumps, 18 cases of uterine body enlargement, 5 cases with uneven density, 7 cases with irregular uterine contour, 5 cases with parametrial space and pelvic side wall pelvis, nodules or mass lumps, 3 cases with distant metastasis from liver and abdominal cavity. 27 cases of endometrial cancer patients with CT staging and clinical stage in 25 cases, 2 cases of CT to determine the error. Conclusion Electron beam CT plays an important role in the diagnosis and staging of endometrial carcinoma.
