目的探讨取环时间对妇女宫内取节育器(IUD)困难度和术后出血情况的影响。方法对本计生服务所2009年9月～2012年9月期间施行的宫内取节育器的绝育妇女进行临床观察和统计分析。整理妇女取节育器时间和节育器位置与取器难易程度的关系。结果取节育器时绝经时间越长,取器难度越大,出血天数越长。结论节育器应在绝经后及时到相关计生服务所或者医疗卫生机构及时取摘,减少取器难度和痛苦。
Objective To investigate the effect of withdrawal time on the difficulty of intrauterine devices (IUD) and postoperative bleeding in women. Methods The clinical observation and statistical analysis of the sterilized women with intrauterine abortion implemented in this family planning service from September 2009 to September 2012 were performed. The relationship between women ’s time to take an IUD and the location of the IUD and how easy it is to take the device. Results When IUD was taken, the longer the time of menopause, the more difficult it was to take the device and the longer the bleeding days. Conclusion IUDs should be promptly taken to the relevant family planning service or medical and health institutions after menopause to reduce the difficulty and suffering of the device.
