建设北京中关村科技园区是党中央国务院继20世纪80年代创立深圳经济特区、90年代开发浦东之后又一战略决策,最近,中国科学院与北京市全面合作,多层次多形式地加大中关村建设的力度,这是中关村园区大发展的契机,显示出中国科学院和北京市开放的胸怀和气魄。半个世纪,中关村从一个“村”扩展为方圆几公里的科学城,发展起一批科研教育机构。中关村养育了几代人,更凝聚了几代人的深情。故土难忘,乡情常系,此乃人之常情。长期以来,中关村培育起一种善于协作,共同发展的精神,值此中关村大建设的时期,回顾中关村的历史,钩沉逝去的往事,能够激发我们的创新豪情,谱写中关村的新篇章。
The construction of Zhongguancun Science Park in Beijing is a strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee and State Council after the establishment of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in the 1980s and the development of Pudong in the 1990s. Recently, the Chinese Academy of Science has fully cooperated with Beijing Municipality to intensify the construction of Zhongguancun at various levels and in various forms This is an opportunity for the great development of Zhongguancun Science Park and shows the openness and courage of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Beijing. For half a century, Zhongguancun has expanded from a “village” to a science town a few kilometers in radius and has developed a number of scientific research and education institutions. Zhongguancun raised several generations, but also brought together the feelings of several generations. Unforgettable hometown, nostalgia often, it is human nature. For a long time, Zhongguancun has cultivated a spirit of good cooperation and common development.
