很多人,生命中听到的第一支歌是妈妈的摇篮曲。尔后,特别是爱歌者便在听歌唱歌中长大。人的一生听过唱过多少歌呢?中国,是歌的国度。几千年来歌曲作品(创作及民歌)浩如烟海。到了近现代,东西方文化交流日盛,中国的爱歌者又接触了许多域外各国、各地区的歌曲,丰富了自己的音乐生活。本世纪中,在我国广袤土地上,有四次规模较大的群众歌咏活动。第一次,是“学堂乐歌”(指清末民初新学堂中音乐课教唱的歌曲)所带动的民众唱歌活动;第二次,是波澜壮阔的救亡抗日歌咏运动;第三次,是新中国建立后持续不断的歌咏浪潮;第四次,是粉碎四人邦以来广泛深入的大众歌咏活动。

Chinese lovers have also contacted many foreign countries and regions in their songs and enriched their musical life. In this century, there are four large-scale mass singing activities on the vast land in our country. For the first time, it is a singing activity of the people driven by songs like “School Songs” (the songs sung in the new school in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China); the second is the magnificent Salvation Movement against Salvation for Japan; the third is After the founding of New China, a continuous wave of singing; the fourth is a broad-based public singing activity since the smashing of the four states.
