存在的问题 (一)地域环境的制约性。主要表现为“三难”,即:人员集中难、互通信息难、横向交流难。(二)教育条件的局限性。山区民兵政治教育由于受经济的制约,使教育条件出现“三差”,即:阵地设施差,资料采源差、教员队伍差。(三)人员结构的差异性。主要表现为“三个不均衡”,即:人员分布不均衡、年龄结构不均衡、文化层次不均衡。
Existing problems (A) the constraints of the geographical environment. Mainly for the “three difficulties”, namely: staff concentration difficulties, exchange of information difficult, horizontal communication difficult. (B) the limitations of educational conditions. Due to the economic constraints, the militia political education in mountainous areas makes the “three differences” in educational conditions: poor facilities in the front positions, poor sources of materials, and poor faculty teams. (C) the differences in personnel structure. Mainly manifested as “three imbalances”, namely: uneven distribution of personnel, uneven age structure and uneven cultural level.
