The competition between enterprises, in essence, is the competition of talents. It has been agreed to by enterprise managers and the maximum utilization of human resources has become the inevitable choice for managers to improve their management level and achieve their goals. The development of human resources in oilfield enterprises is an important measure to realize long-term development of oilfield enterprises and improve their market competitiveness.
