目的探讨胃癌组织中CD44V6、E-钙黏附素表达与淋巴结微转移及临床病理之间的关系。方法随机选取90例胃癌患者,收集患者胃正常组织以及切除后的癌组织。通过免疫组化法对其胃组织中的CD44V6、E-钙黏附素进行检测,判断淋巴结微转移。结果 CD44V6与E-钙黏附素与淋巴结转移正、负相关关系,与淋巴结微转移之间均为负相关关系。两者之间差异显著(P<0.05)。胃癌生长方式、浸润程度等与CD44V6关系最为密切,是影响CD44V6的主要因素。E-钙黏附素胃癌分化程度以及浸润程度等是影响E-钙黏附素的主要因素。CD44V6与E-钙黏附素两者在胃癌组织表达中差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且呈负相关关系。结论 CD44V6与E-钙黏附素表达,且均参与了胃癌细胞的转移与发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between CD44V6, E-cadherin expression and lymph node micrometastasis and clinicopathology in gastric cancer. Methods Totally 90 gastric cancer patients were selected and the gastric normal tissues and resected cancer tissues were collected. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect CD44V6 and E-cadherin in gastric tissues to determine micrometastasis of lymph nodes. Results The positive and negative correlations between CD44V6, E-cadherin and lymph node metastasis were negatively correlated with lymph node micrometastasis. The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Gastric cancer growth pattern, the degree of infiltration and CD44V6 the most closely related, is the main factor affecting CD44V6. E-cadherin, gastric cancer differentiation and degree of infiltration are the main factors that affect E-cadherin. The difference between CD44V6 and E-cadherin expression in gastric cancer was statistically significant (P <0.05), and negatively correlated. Conclusion The expression of CD44V6 and E-cadherin are involved in the metastasis and development of gastric cancer cells.
