随着朝阳区老年人口的急剧增加和老龄化形势的日益严峻,社区老年教育工作受到了前所未有的关注。朝阳区对社区老年教育工作高度重视,在社区老年教育方面进行了大量的实践探索,采取了引入优质资源、建设基层基地、开发教材、开展示范培训和主题活动、培养老年教育“种子”等一系列措施,逐步形成了自身特色,并取得了较好的成效,为探索社区老年教育工作模式和路径做出了重要贡献。
