目的:观察三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌分析。方法:本组患者均行TP方案4个周期加三维适形放疗。结果:本组27例,CR 4例(14.82%),PR 19例(70.37%),SD 3例(11.11%),PD 1例(3.70%),有效率CR+PR为85.19%。结论:三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌,不良反应小,有较好的近期疗效。
Objective: To observe the three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: The patients underwent TP program 4 cycles plus three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Results: There were 27 cases of CR (14.82%), 19 cases of PR (70.37%), 3 cases of SD (11.11%) and 1 case of PD (3.70%). The effective CR + PR was 85.19%. Conclusion: Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer has small adverse reactions and good short-term curative effect.
