基于结构可靠度指标的物理含义,建立了水库泄洪风险计算优化模型,并引进了粒子群全局优化算法对该模型进行求解.通过对该模型在具体水库泄洪风险计算的应用举例,表明了该水库泄洪风险计算理论不仅能有效地避免求偏导运算,且能获得高精度的运算结果,求解速度也有一定的优势.
