研究发现对肾综合征出血热(HFRS)病毒A16株(Hantaan型)感染小鼠母鼠的保护作用与免疫母鼠所用病毒株的血清型和乳鼠的感染途径有关.病毒A_16株免疫的小鼠母鼠对腹腔和脑内感染的其所生乳鼠的保护率均为100%。病毒76-118株(Hantaan型)免疫的小鼠母鼠对腹腔感染的其所生乳鼠的保护率为100%(感染剂量为10 ̄(5.2)和10 ̄(6.2)LD_50)至91%(感染剂量为10 ̄(7.2)LD_50),而对脑内感染的。乳鼠依感染剂量(10 ̄(5.2)10 ̄(6.2)和10 ̄(7.2)LD50)不同保护率分别为60%、50%和20%。用病毒R22株(Seoul型)免疫的小鼠母鼠对腹腔感染的其所生乳鼠保护率均为100%。而对脑内感染的乳鼠依感染剂量(10(3.2)或10 ̄(4.2)~10 ̄(7.2)LD_50)不同保护率为40%或0.
