患者刘××,65岁,已绝经19年,因下腹痛半月,发现下腹部包块10天,于1983年2月8日入院。无畏寒发热病史,阴道无流液,二便正常。既往月经正常。21岁结婚,未育。体检:体温36.2℃,脉搏84次,呼吸16次,血压90/60,心肺(-),肝脾未触及,下腹稍膨,可扪及4个月妊娠大小肿块,质中等,边界清楚,有压痛,无反跳痛。妇检:阴道粘膜萎缩,宫颈小,宫体和附件不清,子宫直肠凹可触及囊性包块。
