从IC的服务优势着手,对IC在我国高校图书馆实践运行中存在的问题进行了探讨,从理性思考角度对IC建设提出了四点建议。

Starting from the service advantages of IC, this paper discusses the problems existing in the practice of IC library in our country, and puts forward four suggestions on IC construction from the perspective of rational thinking.
