今年是实施“九五”计划和2010年远景目标的第一年,我区理论工作总的要求是,以邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论为根本指针,紧紧围绕用科学理论武装人的战略任务,继续加强领导,精心组织,扎实工作,注重实效,推动邓小平理论的学习、研究和宣传向深度和广度进一步发展,为加快宁夏发展提供有力的理论支持和指导。

This year is the first year of implementing the “1995” Plan and the 2010 Vision and the general requirement of our theoretical work is to take Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics as the fundamental guideline and to argue firmly around using the theory of science People’s strategic tasks, continue to strengthen leadership, meticulously organize, work hard, lay stress on actual results, promote the study of Deng Xiaoping Theory, study and promote further development in depth and breadth, and provide powerful theoretical support and guidance for accelerating Ningxia’s development.
