要使排量1.05 L的3缸柴油机输出功率达到80 kW,是AVL公司小型化柴油机开发的下一目标。为了降低二氧化碳(CO2)排放并达到欧6排放标准,新开发机型要满足的关键准则是符合用户对动力和驾驶性能的期望,并使3缸柴油机结构的噪声-振动-平顺性性能接近4缸柴油机的水平。其结构方案以19 MPa的最高燃烧压力限值为依据,并按高比功率来确定冷却系统。为了满足用户进一步降低CO_2排放法规的要求,一些小型化动力装置已被成功地引入市场。例如,Renault公司研发了用于驱动1 460 kg中级车型的1.5 L 80 kW柴油机。扫气容积约为1 L的3缸柴油机正是小型化策略的体现。
To achieve a displacement of 1.05 L of 3-cylinder diesel engine output power of 80 kW, is AVL’s miniature diesel engine development next goal. To reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions and meet Euro 6 emission standards, the key criterion to be met in newly developed models is to meet user expectations for power and drivability and to approach a noise-vibration-ride-on performance of 3 for 4-cylinder diesel engines Cylinder diesel engine level. Its construction scheme is based on the maximum combustion pressure limit of 19 MPa and the cooling system is determined at high specific power. In order to meet users’ requirements of further reducing CO 2 emission regulations, some miniaturized power units have been successfully introduced into the market.
