月见草(Oenothera biennis L.)是多年生柳叶菜科草本植物。其种子提取的油主要成份为亚油酸(73.5％)、亚麻酸(9.2％)和油酸(7.7％),具有降血脂、抗心率不齐、减肥和抗衰老等药理作用。国内外学者为应用这一植物油作了大量的工作,已组成各种配方治疗各种疾病。
Oenothera biennis L. is a perennial orchidaceous herb. The main components of the oil extracted from seeds are linoleic acid (73.5%), linolenic acid (9.2%) and oleic acid (7.7%), which have the pharmacological effects of lowering blood fat, preventing heart rate, losing weight and resisting aging. Domestic and foreign scholars have done a great deal of work for the application of this vegetable oil, and have formed various formulas to treat various diseases.
