目的 观察消抗安胎口服液 (CXL)长期、大剂量使用对大鼠的慢性毒性作用。方法 血液生化分析法。结果 实验大鼠的整体状态、肝功能、肾功能、血糖等血液生化指标的测定及主要敏感脏器重量与对照组相比均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 CXL安全 ,无毒副作用 ,临床应用可靠
Objective To observe the long-term and high-dose effects of Xiao Kang Tiang Zi Oral Liquid (CXL) on rats. Methods Blood biochemical analysis. Results There was no significant difference in the whole state, liver function, renal function, blood glucose and other blood biochemical parameters and the weight of the major sensitive organs in the experimental rats compared with the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion CXL is safe, non-toxic and side-effect, and has reliable clinical application
