一、前言东方锅炉厂401车间委托我公司改造该车间的1.624×2.088≈3.39m~2天然气室式加热炉。厂方要求将该炉的热效率由原来的5%提高到13%以上,生产率由1000kg/h提高到1200kg/h,把高压烧嘴(1~2kg/cm~2)改为低压烧嘴(300mm水柱左右),并要求炉体表面温度低(50℃左右),炉门口不喷火,操作简单方便。原来的炉子构造比较简陋,没有炉壳钢板及绝热保温层,炉门口过大,炉膛太高,烟道口布置、流通截面选配不合理,炉子配用的烧嘴是50年代的中高压的半喷射式烧嘴,老式辐射换热器,上排烟。因而该炉存在一般室式加热炉的共性问题,即:排烟温度高、
