丹参具有活血化瘀,抑制血小板粘附、聚集的作用,近来证实丹参还具有抗氧化、维持能量代谢之功效。本研究的目的是了解丹参对低温状态下小肠粘膜能量代谢及Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性的影响。材料和方法白色杂种猪,体重18.5~22.5kg,雌雄不限,采用猪节段性小肠移植模型。对照组(control),供肠经4℃eurocollins液灌洗后保存24h;丹参组(SM),供肠经含有丹参注射液(上海第一制药厂,20ml/L)的eurocollins液灌洗后保存24h,保存后的小肠自体移植。肠粘膜ATP、ADP、AMP含量测定,采用
