目的了解近年广州市人群华支睾吸虫及土源性线虫感染现状,评估防治效果,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法根据监测方案,2006-2010年对全市12个区、县级市采用分层整群抽样法进行人群调查,采用改良加藤氏厚涂片法粪检虫卵。结果共粪检11477人,总感染率为9.1%,其中华支睾吸虫感染率为7.46%。2009年人群的感染率为24.39%。地区分布中番禺区总感染率最高为34.48%,其次为南沙区和黄埔区;增城、南沙等农村土源性线虫仍有一定的感染率,各区县之间的感染率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论华支睾吸虫感染率维持在较高水平,土源性线虫感染率下降较明显,应采取有效的综合防治措施,降低人群寄生虫感染率。
Objective To understand the status of Clonorchis sinensis and soil-borne nematode infection in Guangzhou population in recent years, evaluate the effect of prevention and treatment, and provide the basis for prevention and treatment strategies. Methods According to the monitoring plan, a population survey was conducted by stratified cluster sampling method in 12 districts and counties in the city from 2006 to 2010, and the eggs were excreted with a modified Kato’s thick smear method. Results A total of 11477 people were screened, with a total infection rate of 9.1%. Clonorchis sinensis infection rate was 7.46%. In 2009, the infection rate of the population was 24.39%. The highest infection rate was 34.48% in Panyu district, followed by Nansha district and Huangpu district. The prevalence of soil-borne nematodes in Zengcheng and Nansha still had a certain infection rate, and the infection rates among districts and counties were statistically significant (P < P <0.01). Conclusion The infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis is maintained at a high level, and the infection rate of soil-borne nematodes is obviously decreased. Effective and comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken to reduce the population infection rate of parasites.
