目的对颅脑外伤合并视神经损伤患者的治疗进行临床分析。方法采用回顾性分析的方法选取南昌大学一附院2002年1月-2007年1月收治的急性颅脑损伤合并视神经损伤的患者50例,通过经颅视神经管减压术进行治疗。结果确诊治疗时间越早的患者,视力恢复情况越好;同时VEP检查结果、视神经骨折及手术时间长短也对视力恢复的重要的影响。结论对颅脑外伤所致视神经损伤应早期发现,及时治疗。
Objective To analyze the treatment of patients with traumatic brain injury and optic nerve injury. Methods A retrospective analysis of selected 50 cases of acute craniocerebral injury with optic nerve injury from January 2002 to January 2007 in Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were treated by transcranial optic nerve decompression. Results Patients diagnosed earlier treatment time, the better visual acuity recovery; the same time VEP examination results, optic nerve fracture and the length of surgery also have a significant impact on visual acuity. Conclusion The optic nerve injury caused by traumatic brain injury should be detected early and treated promptly.
