目的探讨临床药师对肿瘤科患者开展药学监护的体会。方法通过参加临床药师培训学习摸索一定的工作思路和技巧,并在临床实践中不断的积累和完善。结果与结论肿瘤科临床药师需从疗效监护、不良反应监护、执行情况监护等方面入手,对患者进行全面的药学监护服务。将临床知识和药学知识有机地结合起来,形成临床药师的临床药学思路,才能更好地开展药学监护工作。
Objective To explore the experience of clinical pharmacists in developing pharmacy supervision for oncology patients. Methods By participating in clinical pharmacists training to explore a certain work train of thought and skills, and in clinical practice continue to accumulate and improve.
