矿井地面通风系统设计中,常会遇到钢筋混凝土风道由方孔逐渐过渡成圆孔,然后再与风机相接的情况。这里介绍一种风道过渡段内模支撑体的简易放样方法。图1为某风道方孔变圆孔的过渡段示意。该段内模板的传统支模方法是,先形成支撑体系,然后钉模板,组成完整的内模,并根据模板的强度及刚度确定支撑体的间距,图中间距为1m,从I’~Ⅶ共有7道支撑体。
In the design of mine floor ventilation system, the situation that the reinforced concrete duct gradually transitions from the square hole to the round hole and then to the fan is encountered. Here is a simplified method of setting out the internal mold support body of the duct transition section. Figure 1 shows the transitional section of a wind tunnel square hole. The traditional method of mold support in this section is to form a support system first, and then nail the template to form a complete internal mold. The distance between the supports is determined according to the strength and rigidity of the template. The spacing in the figure is 1 m, from I ’to VII A total of seven support body.
