目前企业内刊都是充当传承企业文化,传播内部消息,凝聚员工向心力的角色。但由于某些企业编辑人员及企业家水平的参差不齐,企业内刊的作用并没有达到这种高度,办刊思路、办刊方向、办刊理念都不太明确,更别说结合企业文化需求来办刊了,很多编辑都是拿别人企业的刊物来作参考,或者是老板把办得好的刊物拿来,交给编辑人员去模仿了事。那企业内刊究竟在企业文化建设中充当什么角色呢?应秉承什么样的办刊理念呢?如何更好地服务企业文化建设呢?为此,本刊记者采访了海亮地产集团品牌部负责人江艳。
