近年来,随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展,一个企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中处于不败之地,就必须拥有企业的核定技术,企业内部知识产权是维持企业正常运行,提高企业竞争力的关键因素,因此加大对企业内部知识产权保护力度工作刻不容缓[1]。为了全面激发和调动企业员工的创新意识和创意潜能,对企业内部知识产权进行有效的保护,不仅能够提高企业在社会主义市场中所占的份额,同时还能实现企业经济效益和社会效益的做大化。本文针对目前企业内部知识产权的现状以及存在的问题,提出几点有效的保护措施和建议,从而推动企业又好又快发展。
