目的:分离并鉴定中国浙江桐庐产蜂胶中主要黄酮类化合物。方法:甲醇超声提取浙江桐庐产蜂胶,减压浓缩至干,氯仿脱脂,利用正相硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20、反相C18硅胶等材料进行分离、纯化,并通过质谱、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等分析设备鉴定其结构。结果:从蜂胶中分离得到15个黄酮类化合物。结论:桐庐蜂胶中黄酮类化合物主要为黄酮(醇)和二氢黄酮(醇)类。在对蜂胶进行质量控制时,建议采取液相方法对多种黄酮同时测定。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify the major flavonoids in the propolis produced in Tonglu, Zhejiang, China. Methods: Propolis was extracted by methanol from Tonglu, Zhejiang Province. The crude product was concentrated to dryness under reduced pressure and degreased with chloroform. The constituents were separated and purified by normal phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and reverse phase C18 silica gel. 13C-NMR and other analytical equipment to identify its structure. Results: Fifteen flavonoids were isolated from propolis. CONCLUSION: Flavonoids in Tonglu propolis are mainly flavonoids (alcohols) and flavanones (alcohols). Propolis in the quality control, it is recommended to take liquid phase method for simultaneous determination of a variety of flavonoids.
