目的: 探讨细节护理对提高急诊内科患者护理满意度的效果作用。方法:将我院在急诊内科进行治疗的60例患者随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用细节护理,比较两组患者的治疗依从率以及对护理工作的满意度情况。结果:观察组治疗依从率为96.67%,对照组为76.67%,治疗组高于对照组,且P<0.05;观察组满意度为100.00%,对照组为80.00%,观察组高于对照组,且P<0.05。结论:在急诊内科患者中实施细节护理能有效提高患者的依从性,降低患者的不良情绪成分,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of detailed nursing on nursing satisfaction in emergency medical patients. Methods: 60 patients in our hospital who were treated in emergency department were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group used routine nursing, the observation group used the detail nursing, compared the treatment compliance rate of the two groups of patients and the satisfaction of the nursing work. Results: The treatment compliance rate was 96.67% in the observation group and 76.67% in the control group, the treatment group was higher than the control group, P <0.05; the satisfaction degree of the observation group was 100.00% and the control group was 80.00% And P & lt; 0.05. Conclusion: The implementation of detailed nursing in emergency medical patients can effectively improve patient compliance and reduce the negative emotions of patients, which is worth promoting.
