我们上海市奉贤县保安公司成立6年多来,在县府、县公安局和市总公司领导的支持下,从初创时的几家客户,几十名队员发展到如今的80家客户,560余名保安从业人员。公司先后二次被县局评为先进集体,在为我县经济建设保驾护航、推动社会综合治理等方面取得明显的社会效益和经济效益,6年的实践,使我们认识到:只有抓好队伍建设,才有业务发展。我们的做法有七条:
