患儿女,50天,住院号00476。因哺乳过程中突然发生面色苍白,意识丧失,呼吸微弱,四肢发凉,于1984年1月4日8:45急诊入院。患儿系第一胎足月顺产,生后13天因新生儿肺炎住儿童医院14天治愈出院。此次发病前三天出现精神萎糜,吐奶,一度拒食。体检:体温35℃,脉率160次/分。体胖,呈重度贫血貌,呼吸浅促,刺激无反应。瞳孔扩大,光反射消失。两肺可闻粗大痰鸣、心(-)。腹部膨隆呈球
