工程建设行业围标、贿赂、偷工减料、以次充好、消极怠工、恶意索赔等道德风险的行为时有发生,严重影响工程建设行业的发展,对承包商自身也存在着潜在威胁。在文献分析和专家访谈的基础上,研究中国工程建设行业承包商职业道德建设的障碍,并提出应对策略,为更好地管理承包商行为,促进建设行业健康可持续发展提供建议和支持。
The occurrence of moral hazard such as encirclement, bribery, jerry-building, substandard shoddy work, passive sabotage and malicious claims in the construction industry has seriously affected the development of the construction industry and posed a potential threat to the contractors themselves. On the basis of literature analysis and expert interviews, this paper studies the barriers to the construction of professional ethics of contractors in China’s engineering construction industry and puts forward countermeasures to provide suggestions and support for better management of contractors’ behavior and promotion of healthy and sustainable development of construction industry.
