2001年以来,基础教育课程改革已经逐渐在全国范围内全面铺开。此次课程改革是建国以来规模最大、改革力度最大、国家投入资金最多的一次课程改革,涉及培养目标的变化、课程结构的调整、课程标准的制定、课程实施与教学改革、课程资源的开发、评价体系的建立,等等,必将牵动整个教育全面而彻底的改革。新一轮国家基础教育课程改革明确提出了课程资源的概念,我们认为,这一理论同样适用于中等职业教育。不管是基础教育,还是中等职业教育,都要开发和利用课程资源,为课程目标的实现创造条件。在计算机专业课教学中开发和利用课程资源,是摆放在全体中等职业学校计算机专业课教师和教学管理工作者面前的重要课题。
Since 2001, the basic education curriculum reform has gradually been rolled out nationwide. This curriculum reform is the largest curriculum reform since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the largest reform effort, and the largest amount of state funding. It involves changes in training objectives, adjustment of curriculum structure, formulation of curriculum standards, curriculum implementation and teaching reform, and development of curriculum resources. The establishment of an evaluation system, etc., will surely affect the overall and thorough reform of the entire education system. A new round of national basic education curriculum reform clearly put forward the concept of curriculum resources. We believe that this theory also applies to secondary vocational education. Whether it is basic education or secondary vocational education, curriculum resources must be developed and used to create conditions for the realization of the objectives of the curriculum. The development and use of curriculum resources in the teaching of computer specialized courses is an important issue that is placed in front of computer professional teachers and teaching managers in all secondary vocational schools.
