5t/h冲天炉应用微机控制系统实现实时控制。生产运行结果表明:该控制系统改善了冲天炉的熔炼状况,铁液质量有一定程度的提高,铸件废品率降低,原材料消耗减少,经济效益明显。
5t / h Cupola computer control system to achieve real-time control. The results of production and operation showed that the control system improved the melting status of cupola furnace, the quality of molten iron increased to some extent, the reject rate of castings decreased, the consumption of raw materials decreased, and the economic benefits were obvious.
