Introduction This article describes several premises that underlie the preparation of large-scale compilation programs by the Institute of Mathematics, Siberian State Institute of the Soviet Academy of Sciences. In this compilation process, the basic part of the first phase of programming will also be automated. Logically, this part of the work was carried out with a series of procedures conducted by the author and some other staff at the Soviet Academy of Sciences Computing Center from 1954 to 1958
