研究了ω(Cu)为44%时Cu_2 O-Cu金属陶瓷电导率σ的变化规律,所得定性和定量的结果均符合导通理论.当铜的体积份数达0.15~0.17时,σ值发生5~7个数量级的跃迁,导电特征也由半导体型转化为金属导电,从而证明白银粒子构成了无限导通带所致.
The change of conductivity σ of Cu 2 O-Cu cermets with ω (Cu) 44% was investigated. The qualitative and quantitative results obtained were in accordance with the conduction theory. When the volume fraction of copper reaches 0.15 ~ 0.17, the value of σ changes from 5 to 7 orders of magnitude, and the conductive features are also converted from semiconducting to metallic conducting, which proves that the silver particles form the infinite conduction band .
