“科技兴农”发展到今天,已成为个社会的共同事业。农业、金融、物资、科技各部门都在抓,各有各的优势,各有各的思路。科委应该明确一条怎样的思路呢?几年来,河南省科委一直以农业科技作为工作的重点。许广先把它概括为“两点”: 一、抓好农业科技示范基点抓好农业科技示范基点,不仅是科技工作的的要要内容,也是基本的工作方法。在“科研、试验、示范、推广、培训,服务”诸多环节中,“示范”起着桥梁作用。抓好示范基点,对于推动整个农业科技事业,加速科技成果的研究开发,推广应用具有特殊的重要的意义。几年前,许广先主要是从科委基层面临的困境中开始探索、总结,形成了示范点建设的一些路数。
