随着我国经济发展及对外交往的不断加强,知识产权已越来越广泛地渗透到社会的各项经济文化活动中,引起人们的普遍关注。其中版权的发展尤为引人注目,特别是1991年6月正式实施新中国第一部《著作权法》后,版权保护的观念更加深入人心。然而,人们在谈论西方国家的版权立法时,却很少知道中国是版权的最早产生地,早在宋代就出现了世界最早的版权声明。本文侧重对我国古代版权保护作概要介绍。
With the continuous development of China’s economic development and foreign exchange, intellectual property has infiltrated into all economic and cultural activities in the society more and more widely, arousing widespread concern. Among them, the development of copyright is particularly noticeable. Especially after the formal implementation of the first copyright law of new China in June 1991, the concept of copyright protection has become more popular. However, when people talk about copyright legislation in western countries, they seldom know that China was the earliest place where copyright was created. As early as the Song Dynasty, the world’s earliest copyright statement appeared. This article focuses on the ancient copyright protection in our country for a brief introduction.
