目的:研究金钮扣水提物、醇提物的解热镇痛作用。方法:分别提取金钮扣水提物和醇提物,用干酵母致热法观察其解热作用,用热板法和扭体法观察其镇痛作用。结果:金钮扣水提物和醇提物对干酵母引起的大鼠发热有一定的解热作用,P<0.05;解热效果强度依次为醇提中剂量组>醇提高剂量组>醇提低剂量组>水提低剂量组>水提高剂量组>水提中剂量组;没有中枢性镇痛作用,有一定的外周性镇痛作用(P<0.05);解热效果强度依次为醇提高剂量组>醇提中剂量组>醇提低剂量组>水提高剂量组>水提中剂量组。结论:金钮扣水、醇提取物对干酵母引起的大鼠发热有一定的解热作用,没有中枢性镇痛作用,有一定的外周性镇痛作用。其中醇提物的解热、镇痛作用较水提物为佳。
Objective: To study the antipyretic and analgesic effects of water extract and alcohol extract of golden button. Methods: Extract water extract and ethanol extract of golden button, respectively. The antipyretic effect was observed by dry heating method. The analgesic effect was observed by hot plate method and writhing method. Results: The water extract and ethanol extract of Golden button had certain antipyretic effect on fever caused by dry yeast in rats, P <0.05. The intensity of antipyretic effect was in the order of alcohol extraction dose group> alcohol boost dose group> alcohol extraction Low-dose group> water-lowering dose group> water-raising dose group> water-raising dose group; there was no central analgesic effect and some peripheral analgesic effect (P <0.05) Dose group> alcohol medium dose group> alcohol lower dose group> water increase dose group> water extract medium dose group. Conclusion: Golden button water and alcohol extract have certain antipyretic effect on the fever caused by dry yeast in rats. There is no central analgesic effect and some peripheral analgesic effect. Alcohol extract which antipyretic, analgesic effect is better than water extract.
