目的 :探讨有氧体育锻炼对大学生身体素质改善的效果。意义:有氧体育锻炼对于大学生的身体素质改善具有明显的效果,可以对大学生进行增进体质健康的训练,以促进大学生的体质上升。方法 :采用文献资料法,专家访谈法,实验法等方法以东北师范大学为例对大学生的身体素质进行相关的测试,随机分为实验组和对照组2组,实验组每周进行2次中等强度的有氧体育锻炼,锻炼时间为45 min,对照组不进行有氧体育锻炼。结果 :经过10周的有氧体育锻炼后,实验组与对照组相比,BMI显著下降,肺活量、台阶试验指数得到提高,对照组和实验组在握力、跳远没有显著性差异。结论 :10周的有氧体育锻炼对大学生的BMI指标、肺活量和台阶试验指数具有明显的改善作用,但握力、跳远与不进行有氧锻炼学生并没有显著性差异。
Objective: To explore the effect of aerobic physical exercises on the improvement of physical fitness of college students. Significance: Aerobic physical exercise has obvious effect on the improvement of physical fitness of undergraduates, and can train college students to improve physical fitness so as to promote the physical fitness of undergraduates. Methods: Using the methods of literature review, expert interviews and experiment to take Northeast Normal University as an example, the related tests of college students’ physical fitness were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group, and the experimental group twice a week Intensity aerobic exercise, exercise time was 45 min, the control group did not aerobic exercise. Results: After 10 weeks of aerobic exercise, the BMI was significantly decreased in the experimental group and the control group. The vital capacity and step index were improved. There was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in grip strength and long jump. CONCLUSION: The 10-week aerobic exercise has a significant improvement on the BMI, vital capacity and bench test index of college students. However, there is no significant difference between grip strength and long jump and those without aerobic exercise.
