十年来,谢肇淛所著《金瓶梅跋》与《五杂俎》中对古典小说的评论曾引起学术界的兴趣,而谢氏的《虞初志序》及他自己撰写的小说集《麈馀》因流传不广而未曾受到重视。本文将对这些著作作一番简单介绍。《虞初志序》是万历丙午(1676年)谢肇淛在南京刑部任职期间为黄正位所刻《虞初志》撰写的。黄正位,字黄叔,歙县人,于明万历年间颇以刻书名世,现存的刻本有《剪灯新话》、《剪灯馀话》、《庄子南华真经》、《阳春奏》、《云仙杂记》
Over the past ten years, Xie Zhaozhe’s comments on classical fiction in The Golden Vase and Wudao have attracted the interest of academics. However, Xie’s “Yu Chu Zhi” and his own collection of novels Spread is not widely and has not been valued.
