目的:了解医院门诊处方药物使用情况,促进处方规范管理及合理用药。方法:2009年7～12月每月随机抽查1天门诊处方,根据《处方管理办法》、《新编药物学》和相关诊疗指南进行处方分析和统计。结果:处方合格率为97.7%,疗程过长、用法不清或错误、项目不齐全分别占不合理处方的24.8%、24.8%、20.6%。结论:医院应加强处方规范管理和宣传合理用药,开展处方点评,以进一步规范处方的书写,促进合理用药。
Objective: To understand the use of prescription drugs in outpatient clinics, to promote the standardized management of prescriptions and rational use of drugs. Methods: From July to December in 2009, one-day outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected to conduct prescription analysis and statistics according to the “prescription management approach”, “new pharmacology” and related guidelines. Results: The passing rate of prescription was 97.7%. The course of treatment was too long, the usage was not clear or wrong, and the items were incomplete and accounted for 24.8%, 24.8% and 20.6% of unreasonable prescriptions respectively. Conclusion: The hospital should strengthen the prescription management and publicize the rational use of drugs, carry out prescription reviews to further standardize prescription writing, and promote the rational use of drugs.
