随着改革开放的不断深入,经济的快速发展,社会矛盾逐渐发生了变化,其中较为突出的是企业劳资之间、企业与员工之间的矛盾,表现为超时工作、分配不公以及货币分房住房补贴等等问题。如何化解这些矛盾,达到社会的进一步和谐,笔者以为,企业是社会的一分子,是社会的细胞,应该从企业抓起,不断完善企业的各种机制,依照法律,在维护企业利益的同时,也维护职工的利益。作为企业,要认真贯彻落实“三个代表”的重要思想,坚持把推进企业与职工双赢、单位与职工双赢作为工作目标,全力构建良性互动格局。将和谐的元素,渗透到企业生产经营的全过程,渗透到提高员工整体综合素质中去,增加企业的凝聚力、向心力,发挥员工的创造性、能动性,从而促进企业健康和谐地发展。
