[目的]采用玻片浸渍法测定炔螨特与丁醚脲对该品系害螨滞育雌成螨的室内毒力,明确朱砂叶螨抗炔螨特品系冬季滞育雌成螨的药剂敏感性。[结果]24、48 h时炔螨特对抗性正常螨的抗性分别是敏感螨的7.58、4.72倍,炔螨特对抗性滞育螨的抗性分别是敏感螨的9.55、8.34倍,是抗性正常螨的1.26、1.77倍;在24、48 h时丁醚脲对抗性正常螨的抗性分别是敏感螨的5.73、5.34倍,丁醚脲对抗性滞育螨的抗性分别是敏感螨的7.28、7.05倍,是抗性正常螨的1.27、1.32倍。[结论]朱砂叶螨抗炔螨特品系滞育雌成螨对炔螨特和丁醚脲的敏感性低于抗性正常螨,因此在光照缩短、温度降低等环境条件下防治,需适当提高药剂质量浓度,且朱砂叶螨抗炔螨特品系对丁醚脲有较高的交互抗性,使丁醚脲防效减弱,田间施用时应根据实际情况提高丁醚脲浓度或使用交互抗性低的药剂进行防治。
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to determine the indoor toxicity of propargite and diafenthiuron to the adult diapause mites of the strain Tetranychus cinnabarinus by using glass slide dipping method. . [Conclusion] The sensitivity to propargite and diafenthiuron in diabetics was higher than that in normal mites, so it should be appropriately increased under the conditions of shortening of illumination and decreasing of temperature. Drug quality concentration, and Tetranychus cinnabarin against Propargite special strains of diafenthiuron has a higher cross-resistance, ditallow urea control effect weakened field application should be based on the actual situation of diafenthiuron or use of cross-resistance Low drug prevention and treatment.
