思想指引着人类前进的方向,而对于一名党员来说,思想政治水平的高低更为重要。在信息化高度发展的今天,如何高效完成新时代背景下党组织的建设工作一直是我党发展过程中的热点问题,要保证党建工作的顺利开展,党员的思想政治工作是关键。本文主要对党员思想政治工作开展过程中出现的问题进行了分析,并根据实际情况对党员思想政治工作中的问题提出了相关建议。
Thought guides the way forward for mankind, and for a party member, the level of ideology and politics is even more important. In today’s highly informatized development, how to efficiently complete the construction of party organizations in the new era has always been a hot issue in the development of our party. To ensure the smooth progress of the party building work, the ideological and political work of party members is the key. This article mainly analyzes the problems that appear in the process of the ideological and political work of the Party members, and puts forward the relevant suggestions to the problems in the ideological and political work of the Party members according to the actual conditions.
