以大孔吸附树脂富集纯化总皂甙后，用香草醛高氯酸显色的比色法测定铁皮枫斗晶中西洋参总皂甙含量。结果比色法在２０ － １００μｇ 间线性关系的相关系数为０ ．９９９５ ，重复性试验ＲＳＤ 为１ ．７６ ％ （ｎ ＝ ６） ，加样回收率ＲＳＤ１ ．６６％ （ ｎ ＝ ６） 。
After enrichment and purification of total saponins by macroporous adsorption resin, the content of total saponins in American ginseng was determined by colorimetry with vanillin perchloric acid. Results The correlation coefficient of linearity between 20 - 100μg by colorimetry was 0. 9995, repeatability test RSD is 1. 76% (n = 6), sample recovery RSD1. 66% (n = 6).
