我站150米3/时制氧机所配 1-15/50型空压机,是一种结构比较老式的空压机,操作不方便,运转不安全。几年来,我们进行了一些改进,实现了半自控操作。1.用电磁接触器代替手动“转子短接”开关,用时间继电器控制,减少了一个手工操作步骤。另外在炭刷手柄起动位置加了一个限位开关,如果手柄不在起动位置,起动按钮就无效。以前没有限位开关,有时手柄不在起动位置,起动就要“放炮”。2.润滑油泵由链条传动改为电机传动,同时加了一个YT-1226型压力调节器,限制最低工作压力为1公斤/厘米2。如果无油压或油压不到1公斤/厘米2,主机便起动不了。在正常时若油压下落,低于规定数值时,主机便自动停车。
