建立了一种新型快速测定茶叶中多菌灵残留量的方法。采用加速溶剂萃取(ASE),LC-SCX小柱净化,以甲醇-5mmol/L乙酸铵(两者体积比45∶55)为流动相,配备Xterra-C18柱、紫外检测器(280nm)的高效液相色谱仪,对待测组分进行了分离和测定。结果表明,空白茶叶样品中多菌灵添加回收率在75.0%~106.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)小于10%;样品中多菌灵的最低检出限为0.01mg/kg。本方法操作过程简单、快速,重复性好,能满足茶叶中多菌灵残留量的检测要求。
A new method for rapid determination of carbendazim residues in tea was established. The sample was purified by accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) and LC-SCX cartridge. The mobile phase was methanol-5mmol / L ammonium acetate (volume ratio 45:55) with Xterra-C18 column and UV detector (280nm) Liquid chromatography, the components were tested for separation and determination. The results showed that the recoveries of carbendazim in blank tea samples ranged from 75.0% to 106.0%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD, n = 6) were less than 10%. The detection limit of carbendazim in the samples was 0.01 mg / kg. The method has the advantages of simple and fast operation, good repeatability, and can meet the detection requirements of carbendazim residues in tea.
