本文针对几种飞机复合材料结构防雷击方法进行了分析和比较,并描述了一种新型防雷击胶膜的功能及使用方法。将新型防雷击胶膜铺贴于典型构件之上进行雷击测试,结果表明该新型防雷击胶膜提高了复合材料结构的导电性能且够满足防雷击要求。最后,介绍了该新型防雷击胶膜在大型客机复合材料结构防雷击设计上的运用。
This article analyzes and compares several methods of lightning protection of aircraft composite structures, and describes the function and usage of a new anti-lightning film. The new anti-lightning film is applied to the typical components for lightning test. The results show that the new anti-lightning film improves the electrical conductivity of the composite structure and meets the lightning protection requirements. Finally, the application of the new anti-lightning film in lightning protection design of large passenger aircraft composite structure is introduced.
