文章从焊接应力、淬硬组织、富氢带三个主要方面揭示了16Mn套筒产生冷裂纹的机理及相变在冷裂纹产生中的重要作用,提出了防止16 Mn钢产生冷裂纹的相应措施。
In this paper, the mechanism of cold crack generation in 16Mn sleeve and the important role of phase transformation in the occurrence of cold crack are revealed from three aspects: welding stress, hardened structure and hydrogen-rich zone. The corresponding measures to prevent cold crack in 16 Mn steel are proposed .
