目的探讨保定市20~69岁健康人群糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平在性别和年龄的分布特点。方法采用高压液相法测定保定市健康体检者4890例(除外糖尿病患者)的HbA1c数据。结果男性HbA1c的均值为(5.60±0.87)%,女性为(5.48±0.73)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以10岁为界划分5组,随年龄增长,HbA1c呈增高的趋势,每10岁HbA1c增加约0.2%;G2,G3,G4各组男性均较女性的HbA1c高,差异有显著性(P<0.05),G1,G5两性间HbA1c统计学差异无显著性(P>0.05);男性HbA1C>5.7%,6.3%及7.0%以上比率(31.5%,10.9%,6.1%)均较女性(26.6%,6.0%和2.8%)高(P<0.01)。结论保定市健康人群HbA1c测值随年龄而逐渐升高,男性较女性有较高的HbA1c升高的比率。在30-59岁男性人群,应重视糖尿病的筛查。
Objective To investigate the gender and age distribution of HbA1c in healthy population from 20 to 69 years in Baoding city. Methods The HbA1c data of 4890 healthy volunteers (except diabetic patients) in Baoding city were determined by HPLC. Results The mean HbA1c was (5.60 ± 0.87)% in males and (5.48 ± 0.73)% in females, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). According to the age of 10 years, the five groups were divided. With the increase of age, the HbA1c showed an increasing trend and the HbA1c increased by about 0.2% every 10 years. The HbA1c in G2, G3 and G4 groups was higher than that in females (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the HbA1c between G1 and G5 genotypes (P> 0.05). The prevalence of HbA1c in men with HbA1C> 5.7%, 6.3% and 7.0% (31.5%, 10.9%, 6.1% , 6.0% and 2.8% respectively) (P <0.01). Conclusion The measured HbA1c in healthy population of Baoding City gradually increases with age, and the male has a higher rate of HbA1c than female. Men aged 30-59 should pay attention to the screening of diabetes.
